At Redeemer Lutheran School we welcome and encourage you to check out our website and find out more about us before you apply. We believe our relationship is a partnership, so we encourage you to call us, ask us questions, and schedule a tour of our facility.
Before Applying/Enrolling:
1. Submit an inquiry online or call us at (765) 864-6466.
2. Set up a tour of our facility.
3. Meet with our principal to find out more information and discuss tuition, vouchers, and scholarships. We will also talk about the benefits of sending your child to private school and what you can expect in our partnership of your child's education.
Applying:
4. Set up a FACTS account and apply online. The application is $25 and is paid online.
After Applying:
5. Schedule a "Royal for the Day" experience where your child will experience a shadow day so they know what Redeemer, their teacher, and their classmates are like. Students will also be given a small assessment. *Students who apply between May 15 and the first day of the next school year, must wait until the second week of school to shadow.*
6. Either request your child's records from a previous school or submit school records (Grades/transcripts, behavior/discipline records, IEP/504/ILP, Home Language Survey, and any assessment records). We can also request records for you.
7. Fill out a voucher and/or scholarship request. You will need to provide your most current tax return.
8. If your child is accepted, you will need to enroll your child online. We will also let you know the cost of tuition minus any voucher or scholarship monies.
Enrolling Your Child:
9. Fill out the enrollment information online to set up your Parent/Family portal.
10. Choose a payment method (yearly, semi-annually, or monthly) - all monies are collected through FACTS. Starting the 2026-2027 school year, we will no longer accept payments through the office. If you would like to pay cash or credit in person, you will need to set up an appointment with the business manager.
After Enrollment:
12. Provide your child's birth certificate, immunization records or waiver, and free/reduced lunch form (if needed).
13. Set up a time to sign voucher and/or scholarship paperwork. There are 2-6 forms that must be signed before a voucher or a scholarship can be awarded.
Once all paperwork is provided and signed, you are a welcomed Royal!
Other Enrollment Requirements:
To enter our Early Childhood Program, a student must be 3 or 4 years old on or before August 1st of the calendar year in which he/she is to be enrolled and be fully potty trained (no pullups or diapers). We offer Pre-School (3 year-olds) and PreK (4 year-olds).
Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before August 1st of the calendar year in which he/she is to be enrolled. We do not allow children to enter Kindergarten at 4 years old.
Students entering Kindergarten through 8th grades will be evaluated before admission. All students must participate in our "Royal for a Day" experience and shadow in the classroom prior to acceptance.
