Mission Projects

Each year the students at Redeemer Lutheran School support various mission projects.

Chapel Offerings:This year our chapel offerings are going to the following missions:

1st Semester: CROSS AMERICA

What is Cross America?

Our first semester chapel offerings will be donated to Cross America.

Cross America is a non-profit, non-denominational organization with the goal of sharing the Gospel to every home in America.

Jesus commanded his disciples to ‘Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone’ Mark 16:15

This Great Commission is the driving force behind Cross America’s mission statement to send a Cross and Path to Salvation to Every Home in America.

Cross America desires to reach people with the Gospel and fill churches where our crosses have reached.

Cross America will send a small aluminum pocket cross and a plan to salvation to every household in every zip code in the United States.

This is a huge goal, but with the help of volunteers all over the United States, they are sure that they will reach their goal.

Cross America is always excited to have volunteers come in at their convenience to help package crosses for mailing.

2nd Semester: COMFORT DOGS

Our 2nd Semester Chapel offerings are going toward the Lutheran Church Charity K-9 Comfort Dogs. These golden retrievers are working animals, trained to interact with people of all ages and circumstances who are suffering and in need. They travel all over the United States, going to places that may have experienced some type of natural disaster or tragedy. Money donated to their organization helps offset their travel costs and expenses to make these trips. They have over 130 dogs in their ministry that help bring comfort and love to people all over the country.
