“The Board of Redeemer Lutheran School shall be responsible for the day school educational program of the congregation, offering Christ-centered instruction through Redeemer Lutheran School.  The Board shall be responsible for the quality of the Christian based education offered by Redeemer Lutheran School and compliance with the State of Indiana guidelines for school health and safety.  The scope of this responsibility shall include providing overall direction for school policies, curriculum, staffing, facilities and financial management.”
